USB Charger interference problem

I noticed at whe I plug a USB Car charger into the cigaret lighter socket, my radio looses reception. This is mainly apparent when I am in an underground car park or garage -where the signal is weaker anyway.

I tried three different chargers all have the same effect. All have been an auction site purchase from different sellers. Has any one else noticed this?
