It shouldn't be this way. I thought it was just LR dealers in the U.K that were poor, sorry to hear
that this is also your experience in the U.S . I cannot understand why LR spend huge sums on marketing and brand building then dissapoint customers for the sake of a few pounds/dollars!
They will pay the price in the long term but unfortunately so do we, the customers.
