Q314 - AUSTRAIA PORT OF ENTRY WASH

This has just appeared on my topix account - Straya talk for ?????

Still no letter on the recall diesel issue.

I don't have that on my topix page.

Mine was also not affected by the recent recall.

What does it mean ??

Maybe your customs saw dirt or similar on the wheels and required it to be washed ?

Mine had similar while it was on the boat coming from the UK but was removed after delivery day. And just to update had a look on TOPix and its there to: Q314 - AUSTRAIA PORT OF ENTRY WASH


Well I guess if Customs want to come to my place and do a full detail, then they are welcome. After having it traveling around the country and numerous washes, at times with a high pressure hose for 3 or so months, what ever they want to wash off have well and truly gone.

Mine is also now showing P033 - SPILL RAIL (P033 ROW SA - Fuel Leak - Spill Rail Connector ...) which is the recent recall I think

It's there on mine as well..no idea what it is.

My VIN also falls within the range for the recent recall, but no updates on that yet..

Showing spill rail now too ......

Just checked, no mention of P033 and mine doesn't fall within the affected VIN range.

Rang dealer to enquire about recall. After giving my rego details they said they would have someone call me back about it but no word yet. Have any other Aussies had the recall problem fixed ? My baby is still perfect and "clean" so I guess I'll just enjoy all the attention. Was stopped at traffic lights the other day and asked by the guy next to me to roll down my window and discuss the car. I tend to stick out a bit I guess - a blonde female driving a hot coupe! I'll run with it for the time being!
