Thread whose title starts with pound sign becomes un-openable

I've just made a thread in the ordering forum and it won't open. I'm pretty sure it's related to the £ sign in the title. Could someone please delete the thread (and/or fix the forum software; it's clearly forgetting to encode the £ symbol).
