Sorry, just seen the replies (been out in the snow funnily enough!)....... It's been we'll explained in my absence, but.......... Keep DSC ON whilst driving (obviously) however if you are stuck with all 4 wheels spinning (as per the OP trying to get out of their driveway) the DSC will hamper getting unstuck by applying brakes and limiting power! If all 4 wheels are spinning then the speed sensors get a little confused as to what the car is actually doing
