Si4 Dynamic Passenger Seat Height Adjust

I've got a 2012 Si4 Dynamic Coupe with memory seats, with drivers and passengers. I tried to adjust the height of the passenger seat but the height adjust button doesn't move vertically, is this normal? or is it a fault?

The seat moves in every other way, recline, tilt, lumbar, etc, it just won't rise and feels like you're sitting on the floor.

Yep this is normal, and a complete oversight on LR's behalf.

I got a set of seat risers for the passenger side see post below.
