Replacing wing mirror

Hey, I have a bit of a disagreement today with a telegraph pole. Long story short....... Van parked 2cm from front bumper, reversed back to get out of the space, didn't see the pole sticking out from the curb and clipped the mirror.

On the plus side the trim is all perfect (as the impact was glass side, glass is also fine) but the frame is cracked and missing a small chunk. Looks like you can get a whole mirror unit on ebay for under £100 so I think it's probably best to just replace it, HOWEVER does anyone know of a guide or video showing removal and installation of a new wing mirror?

In theory I should be able to bolt this one off, disconnect the loom, plug new one in and clip the original trim back on. Problem sorted (technically)

Any help much appreciated

RE: Replacing wing mirror

Did you get this swoped? To get to the bolt holding it on did you have to take the door card off to get the tweeter cover/ door top surround off, or can you access it without door card removal?
