Mirror door cap help please

Curse myself for this, but I've just badly scratched the body coloured part of my offside wing mirror when entering a car park. Anyone know please whether replacement caps are supplied in prepainted body colour (in my case OG), or just plain, and then have to be painted on receipt?

Thanks

Arrived 16 December 2011: Prestige SD4 auto 5dr in OG with Adaptive Dynamics, Adaptive Xenons, Surround Cameras, Auto Dimming Rearview, Grey Oak Wood, Spare Wheel and Powered Tailgate.

It'd be a question of finding a quality 'wrapper' up here! Cheers

Doug, thanks, lets me know how to remove and fit (I'll also follow Mark_n's link for the plastic tools). Still a boring s*d though and want OG caps.
