Radio misbehaving

Last night as I got into the car I plugged my phone (iPhone 5, IOS7) into the the USB cable, started the car and drove off. The radio resumed playing music from my phone (via USB) as that was the last source used before I switched off the car. Strange thing though, instead of track name, artist etc. it displayed this.

Any thoughts?
