Radio change from US to European frequency

Hi. I am moving back from US to Europe, and taking my Evoque with me. I wonder how to change radio into european standards. Does anybody know if I need to exchange whole box or just software update will fix this one? Anyone did it before? What about SAT NAV? Does loading map of Europe do the trick?
