Production problem - check your Evoque!

I just detailed my 5 door yesterday (1 month old) and noticed a fair few things wrong with mine

Dodgy touch up paint on front bumper/fender

LHS back of bonnet

RHS back of bonnet

Roof infill panels for pano roofs are only held in with double sided tape aka last minute engineering

The rear bumper on my dynamic is also a bit skewed on the RHS.

It is mass produced after all...

Jai, I hope you don't just live with those issues as LR are never going to improve quality unless they get feedback from their customers that this isn't good enough for this type or price of vehicle.

The dealer has logged the case with LR and is waiting to hear back now...

It was meant to be 9 Nov but was actually built about a week earlier - don't have the exact date.

Arrived: Prestige SD4 Auto 5-Door, Barolo Black, Couture Interior, Style 5 Wheels, Lux Pack, Adaptive Dynamics, Adaptive Bi-Xenon Cornering Headlights w/ Auto Levelling, Privacy Glass, Heated Steering Wheel, Space Saver Spare Wheel, TPM System, Mud Flaps

I am back to the dealer during the week. I don't want the dealers paint shop to respray the panels, I'd just rather take some other compensation. Can't beat factory paint Smile (most of the time!)

1 year into production and still we have QC problems. It seems that the higher the demand, the more faulty cars are slipping through the net.

My current car is a year old and didn't have any issues like this! Seems quality is slipping not improving!!
