Price Queery On LR Builder??

I was literally 2 minutes ago playing with the Evoque builder & noticed something odd so I came out of the programme & started again.
Went On builder for Evoque (5 door) Si4 Dynamic @£38.995 then as soon as you click on that & it shows the car the price has risen to £39,245 Confused: Idea Shocked

They've added ebony headlining as standard. I noticed yesterday, it's no longer an option.

I've just gone on there again and clicked on Si4 dynamic @ £38,995 but as soon as you click next to configure it jumps by £250.oo. We on here have an idea as to why this may be although there is no explanation on the LR site but to anyone else it would appear to be a glitch or rip off as there are those who want the standard (or ex standard) Ivory.
If this increase is due to the Ebony they are still charging you £250.oo but not telling you as to what it is for, nor does it give you an option for the Ivory.
I have just phoned my dealer about this & he is miffed. He also said that Cirrus was standard too but there is no mention of that either?

RE: Price Queery On LR Builder??

The ebony headliner is now a £250 extra on the Prestige, I think that has changed from a no cost option. Also the Cirrus headliner is still not listed.

Actually you can't get Ivory headlining on a Dynamic at all anymore. In their wisdom LR have now decided that Cirrus headlining should be standard for Dynamic instead of Ivory, and you can't even choose Ivory as an option if you want it! Only choice on Dynamic now is between Cirrus and Ebony Morzine.

This caused a degree of frustration for me when I was at my local dealers a couple of weeks ago finalising the paperwork for my order and I discovered that my interior options were now showing as Pursuit with Cirrus instead of Pursuit with Ivory (Pursuit being Lunar grey with contrasting Ivory panels). Looking through the material samples it seemed barmy to me to have removed the Ivory headlining option as it seemed such an obvious choice to go with Pursuit - while Cirrus clashed horribly! In the end I opted to change to Vortex with the Ebony headlining rather than stick with Pursuit and a headlining that didn't really work.

Ivory is still the standard for Pure and Prestige I believe, who also get the choice of either Cirrus or Ebony too. Still can't fathom why Ivory simply isn't even an option anymore for Dynamic though!
