OEM Rear Smoked Tail Lights differences?

Hello to all,

I have bought from a few days one Evoque Si4 2013 dynamic premium, very happy

I would like to purchase rear facelift tail lights, but I see for example right side, there are 2 codes: LR077961 and LR077963

- Someone can help to understand the differences?
- Instead the USA model witch differences has? The turn light color same EU?

Hope someone can help me, because I would like to see soon with new lights
