New arrangements for Factory visits?

Since starting this post and having received replies I have to say the dealer has pulled out all the stops. They are now calling me all the time with updates and on Sunday I had a long discussion with them highlighting my concerns over a possible price increase if my car ends up ebing a 2014MY, which they are now looking into.

They are also looking into the factory tour as well, so fingers crossed the power of the forum has once again helped build a relationship between the customer and the dealer.
