Navigation and Toll roads

Hi,

When I set a destination and select the route to be toll-free, the navigation still seems to chose the route with a toll even though multiple routes without a toll is available. Has anyone else experienced this issue with their navigation?

Another side question, does LR provide free map updates or do they charge for these updates, and if so, how much?
