Maintenance service message help

I've taken my Si4 in for maintenance but the maintenance light keeps coming back. I've taken it in 4 times to reset it but keeps coming back. Does anyone have instructions to reset it?

They have used the dongle twice and a combination of holding the "res" on cruise control and "ok" button to reset it with no luck.

I don't have time to keep taking it back and hope someone on here has reset it.
