Missfire on low revs

Hi All

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but my SD4 Auto has started to develop a misfire when accelerating from low revs. It had only done it a few times in the past but my wife drove it to Cornwall and back today and said it has got significantly worse - anyone else experienced this?

What's a bit worrying is that her business partner has just swapped in his Freelander for a Discovery and that used to do the exact same thing until it eventually left them stranded on the A38 one evening coming back from Cornwall.

I will give the dealer a call tomorrow to see what they say but if anyone else has had this problem it would be good to know before I call them.

Or this one......http://babyrr.com/forum/Thread-600-miles...erformance

Just hit the 3000 mile marker in my 7th week and only now am I getting a sense that the engine is starting to free up! Still not convinced I haven't got a problem so I'll continue to keep a ls eye on things. Am likely to have to do an oil top up shortly which is a bit disappointing.

Also the powered tailgate is starting to be a bit temperamental so it may need to be looked at if I can ever find the time.

Am so wanting to love this car but have yet to be totally won over.
