Lower grill

Looking to add a custom badge to the middle lower grill in a 2015 Dynamic. Any suggestions on how to access it without having to take the entire bumper off?

FYI, the custom badge is mounted with a plate and screws behind the middle lower grill so I'll need to be able to get behind it.
