Damage before delivery

Hi guys, today I just went to my dealer and hand in the cheque for the final payment. I was expecting my car to be there, but they told me that my car's lower bumper has been damage during the transit, so now they have to replace it at the so-call 'pre-car' place. Has this happened to any of you? If so let me know, thanks!
