LUX Pack - Climate Control Feature?

I noticed on the LUX pack it states that there is a 'Climate control -automatic with air filteration and air quality sensing for automatic recirculation'

It isnt an option that can be upgarded outside of the LUX package. Is it a feature that simply kicks in if there is an increase in noxious substances in the ambient air?
