Really love the wheels, are they available in this size in the UK?

I ordered them off eBay back in 2013. I believe they shipped from California to me in Massachusetts.

Looks good. I've seen some nice looking 22's at car|truck wheels - 4wheelonline and I'm thinking of buying new wheels. Just curious here if putting bigger rims will result to harsh ride.
