Cheers for the replys. Yes the £6 was for an extra week on the tax but the dealer was pretty keen for me to collect the car before the end of the month, if I'd waited till Monday then it wouldn't have been an issue. Aside from that he had me in the net with my PX and I paid full wack for the Evoque. That £6 has lost him the next three years servicing.

I can't wait for a dealer feed back survey

I had quite a few phone calls after I completed my survey. My salesman was OK, but the dealership experience did not match M Benz, BMW, Audi, VW or Lexus for some of our recent purchases.
