Interior lights not working - Intermittent fault

Recently I noticed my interior lights were not coming on.

The other day when someone got in the back I noticed the rear light was flickering.

Now they hardly work at all, maybe once in 10 times, if I am lucky.

I checked to see they were on auto, touch and hold the ctr light until a message appears between the clocks. It confirmed they were on auto and I cycles between Auto and Off just to make sure.

But still they are faulty.

Any idea what this could be or is it a trip to the dealer for a replacement?
