Intelligent Emergency Brake will not activate

My ECO feature has stopped working. It stopped I think after the dealer did a Q634 service action on the 14th December 2016. I asked them to look into it. They say it has been disabled but they do not know why! It will be investigated when my car goes in to fix the tailgate in 2 weeks time.

I have lost all faith with the Evoque and JLR.

In addition to the ECO problem [which is minor] I have had/are having numerous other ones. I cannot come to an amicable agreement with JLR via their dealer. JLR want me to just grin and bare owning a vehicle that is not of satisfactory quality, is not fit for purpose nor is as described. What else can I do!!!
