boot doesn't open properly when the outside increases

Has anybody else got this, when its a hot day the boot spoiler hits the roof and doesn't want to open. Although I noticed from new, the boot lid rubs against the plastic at the top on the body because I can see the marks. I think a visit to the dealers is on the cards

Mine's going back in as the tailgate is lightly out of alignment. I have quite a big gap at the top and the shut lines is out just by the waist finisher trim
