High pitched whine?

Has anybody noticed an electrical type whine when outside the vehicle (high pitched) when the engine is first switched off but probably before the car has "shut down" properly?
5 door Dynamic SD4, Orkney Grey, 20" shadow alloys, contast and pano roof, tints and 40 plus grand lighter!

Ordered: Fuji Dynamic Lux Coupe / style 7 wheels / Privacy glass / adaptive xenons / something else which I've forgotton.
Should be end of April (was March, then April, then end of May/June).
