Cracked windscreen

New windscreen fitted today. Lovely job by the two guys sent. Auto Lights and wipers appear to be functioning as before, not tested the heated screen yet.

Really impressed that I may now have a solar attenuated screen which I didn't have before!

Can I'm assume this is what's been fitted as the glass has more of a 'greenish' tint and a square area of 'clear' glass at the top just to the left of the rear view mirror. If this is the case, £70 for a £435 optional extra is not a bad result. Do remember the first bloke sent to do the original repair being asked for a colour when speaking to his office when ordering the screen, may now explain the significance of this.

Hopefully won't have to be calling them back in a hurry to replace it.
