RE: Help with info re: pure vs dynamic

When i did my first LR experience related to the launch of the Evoque back in October 2011, the LR host was very proud of the fact that they had the latest version of adaptive supsension for Evoque, my understanding is that this reacts ten times faster than previous technologies, they even mentioned that this was a newer version of the system adopted on the R8, and I guess it will be Bosch and not Delphi.

On the day I was lucky enough to drive all models and they felt sporty but you can tell a real difference in body control with the adaptive, offering a much faster and more controlled drive through sweeping bends, really impressive for something that sits higher than a fast hatch

For an SUV I think they all handle really well, considering what they are capable of

One of the happy owners, ordered June 2011, delivered Wednesday 8th February 2012, now 97000 miles. Scorpions lasted 78'000 miles.

Pure TD4 5 door, fuji white, ebony interior, Pan roof, Front fogs, spare wheel, privacy glass, towbar and black roofrails.

Cars got to go back to company March 25th 2015 Sad

It's the Delphi system engineered by GM. See below for almost up to date. The system is now owned by BWI Group, which purchased Delphi's chassis division. When I found out the RRE (only the Dynamic in the USA) has it, bought one. (BWI also supplies the "regular" shocks for RRE).

And RRE related here: http://www.trucktrend.com/features/news/...ewall.html
