Help! CD stuck in the deck

A CD has been in the deck for a long time. When I tried to eject it a "No Disk" mesaage came up and yet the CD is playing??

I was able to insert another disk even though it is supposed to take one only at a time and this one ejected ok.

Any ideas on how this can be solved please?
