Malfuctioning memory seat

Hi All

Having owned my Evoque now for 13 months covering 34000 miles I can safly say in general that I'm a happy user. My only two issues being boot too small and mpg could be better.

However the memory seat function just does not return to the correct position every time. ....9 out of 10 times it does. Dealer has had car for two days and cannot get fault to occur and no previous faults are recorded on the cars sytem.

Has anyone else had this problem? as it's driving me and the dealer a little mad.
