Glove Box: Paint Peeling and Bubbling Underneath

Noticed underneath the glove box the paint is peeling and bubbling. It’s alittle moist near the bottoms edge and also the felt lining area underneath but it’s not wet or damp. Just alittle moisture.

Has anyone experience water leak underneath the passenger footwell as I remember my old jag had a known issue water leak due to ac drain clogged.

Also does anyone know how to remove the glove box? With the bubbling and peeling on the bottom of the glove box, I’m thinking of replacing it. Thanks!
