RE: Xenon Headlights
Got mine working.
I bought two Xenon LED DRL headlights EU non AFS. Did the unofficial simple removal and installation process which does not require you to remove the bumper. Then i took it to a Land Rover independent specialist, got it hooked up to the autologic. 15 minutes and $125 USD (one hour labor or flat rate diagnostic charge) later, everything is working including the bright and dim LED modes.
Don't let anyone tell you anything different. Just install them and get your CCF in BCM changed and you're done.

RE: Xenon Headlights
I reply to your thread on the usa forum too.
I have done this last year. USA evoque in USA bought EU RHD Xenon lights from ebay. Upon installing them, everything works great. HID, low beam, high beam, turn signal. LED (ONLY DIM). No problems BUT the DRL does not come on so the LED are NOT bright.
Only reason I did this mod was to have them bright in daytime and wink/turn off when blinking.
ALSO I tried playing around with the ccf/bcm with gap tool but it did nothing at all.
Can u name the shop u went to? I am willing to drive to maryland from nyc....thx
