doesn't look like delamination to me.
The screen on my old car started to delaminate, and it goes milky, not 'frosty'.

This one is very odd... I'm sticking with some form of crystalline reaction Very Happy

Ordered: Fuji Dynamic Lux Coupe / style 7 wheels / Privacy glass / adaptive xenons / something else which I've forgotton.
Should be end of April (was March, then April, then end of May/June).

RE: Faulty windscreen

It's probably delamination anyway. It can look different on different cars. Do a search and check out images.
