RE: Evoque Collected yesterday and forum found today!

Cheers guys,

So far I'm loving it, it turns heads, both mine in reflections and passer bys. The self parking thingy works pretty well although it gets damned close! The keyless entry thing is a bit random, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't but I reckon the key needs to be really close to the mirror. And the seats are stupidly slow to move forward and let people into the back. They're pretty much my two cons so far.

Gone from 18 to 450 miles in 4 days and it is a truly amazing car. The Dynamic plus seats are awesome and stupidly comfortable! And the Dynamic mode stiffens the suspension up to the point where the car feels like a sporty hot hatch!

All in all I'm pleased. But time to get the wheels painted and wrap the silver bits on the front and rear bumpers!

If you want to speed up the seat movement store the seats at their most forward point in one of the seat memory positions and when you need to move them forward select the corresponding button, once your passengers are in press the memory button to select your normal seating position ...you'll find they move faster!

Welcome to the forum Troy and congrats on your Evoque!

The painted wheels should distinguish your Evoque with even more road presence.
