Delay on towbars in Australia

Apparently there is now upto a 4 week delay on towbars coming into Oz. I've rung around a few dealers to hear the same story now.

Is anyone else having this issue?

JLR Australia have been absolutely useless in providing any answers. All I get is 'we are not trained in technical issues' or 'we don't have access to the ordering systems' in response to my questions.

I thought they were Hayman Reese bars, and not factory direct from LR Australia or UK......???

That's what I thought too, yet nobody can tell the what the holdup is (or the size of the hitch).

When you look up hayman reese bars it shows something slightly different. Old threads show a consistent bar for Australia, it seems to be the catalogue/ genuine part but geez... trying to confirm anything is difficult.
