Chrome inset colour door handles

I saw a Mauritius Blue MY13 (53 plate) in a car park with what looked like factory fit chrome door handles with body colour inserts in. these didn't look like modified ones or stick over chrome caps and I've never seen a pic showing these before anywhere. Anyone got these, have I just not noticed them before?

if they are on a MY13, then some got a set of the new MY14 versions and stuck them on. Cannot imagine it very difficult to do a swap.
