Check your trim, couple of issues resolved

I noticed early on in ownership I was getting a hot electrical smell inside the car. When I went to swap out all the interior bulbs to LEDs, I identified the problem. The drivers footwell courtesy light had melted the hood/holder causing the smell as it was dislodged in its mounting, presumably from new.

I also noticed, after a tip off in this forum, that the passenger door window trim was not lined up with the rear passenger door.

Guava fixed both items while I waited yesterday at 8.00 minimising the impact on my working day. I attach a picture of the damaged door trim. It was likely installed like this way in the factory
