If I can help with solving an issue with low driving height, as I have for many on the other Evoque forum, please see my ebay listing. I have manufactured these especially for Evoques - as an Evoque owner previously myself - and simple to fit.
Full instructions given and 15 minutes max. Just 4 screws, risers under rail, 4 new screws and you are away.
