Battery Type (Si4)

my battery seems slightly discharged, read the manual and it says that i need to "remove" the battery for charging which i find really weird.

is our battery the "AGM type"? my bmw charger needs to be set up for ordinary and agm batteries, and getting the wrong settings could damage a battery.
