Everybody loves lists. Ward's AutoWorld is well known for its list of '10 Best Engines' that is published annually. However in the past few years the popular publication has branched in a new direction and started a segment called' Interior of The Year' which got a new branding image in 2011 and was christened '10 Best Interiors'.
This list showcases the best cockpits and cabin space in vehicles. With this year's winners published there have been mixed reactions amongst car enthusiasts. It's an eclectic bunch that includes crossovers, sedans and hatchbacks. According to Ward's AutoWorld the competition was tough.
40 vehicles with new or significantly revamped interiors battled it out. Among these were 13 luxury vehicles. Ward's added that the competition was judging criteria was based on aesthetics, comfort, overall value, material used, design, styling, ergonomics, finish, human machine interface and safety. Keep in mind the list is not an attempt at ranking vehicles. These are the 10 best in the auto world selected by Ward's AutoWorld. Here's the list of the best vehicles with their MSRP.
