Two weeks ago I had a faulty turbo after 51000km. I live near Bundaberg, but bought and service my RRE with Austral in Brisbane. Lucklily I was only 4 km's from Austral when it happened.
I received an excellent service from Bryan and his team. They gave me a brand new Jaguar on loan for as long as needed. Everything was repaired under warranty.
After 5 days I received a call that my car was ready to go, but I could pick up my RRE whenever I would be in the Brisbane area.
So today, 10 days later I am driving again in my very enjoyable RRE. I can highly recommend Austral Brisbane!!!

That is good to hear. I hope other dealers take note of this.
Nothing makes me go to a dealer faster than a reference like this!
