They can then put you through to the 'special' lost property department which is what I assume you are looking for ..., that's where all the 'sensitive' property goes to ! With any luck they'll be able to reunite you and your 'friend'

This was almost a year ago!
All sorted now though...

But to satisfy your curiosity, we wanted a tree removed which had a TPO on it, but was on network rails land.
And Network rail have dispensation to remove whatever they want from the railways under the guise of operational safety etc etc.
