I am sure the full tank of fuel issue has been covered already - apprently there is no such directive.

I had a 2 months delay and expected to get £150 compensation. I didn't get anything. Does it come through the dealer? Has anyone else got it?

I got it via the dealer. A £150 gift voucher to spend at the local home and garden centre.
