Window motor stopped working.

Can anyone help with a problem on the drivers side window, it’s stopped working but can hear the solenoid clicking. Have tried reset by holding up the button but either I’m not doing it correctly or it’s having no effect.

Sounds like you need a new motor unit in the door.
