2013 mirror update to 2014?

Hi, I have a 2103 and need to replace a damaged mirror.

Has anyone fitted the later 2014 spec mirrors and is it and easy swop?

Drivers side? Why do you have a spare?

No sorry I don't have a spare but I have an ongoing project and I'm trying to get hold of the outside temperature sensor, which is in the drivers side.
If you're going to buy new ones maybe you'd be happy to sell me the small sensor?
They don't come as spares, only as part of the complete mirror.

Changing the mirrors is no great deal, you'll need to remove the door panel but that's about it.

Is the complete unit damaged, or just the outer shell.
The outer shell (supplied in primer only) are only around £20 from LR

No problems. You can have it for free when it's removed. Will be a couple of weeks.

No, it's fairly mangled!

Hi, mirror off. Let me know if you want the whole thing posted or just certain bits.
