Any ECU chips/flash available for USA-spec Evoque to increase power?

I heard there is a chip available that increases the Diesel engine the UK-spec Evoque's have by 35HP. I would love to do something similar as 275HP is a heck of a lot better than 240HP!

Anyone know of any chips available for the US-spec gas engine to increase its performance?
