I can buy this facelift bumper, but it is missing the lower part in between the silver part. Is this part interchangeble with the prefacelift bumper, or can I buy this separately from JLR?

I had the same problem, OEM black nuts are terribly expensive, and the locking nut would still not be black. Black covers are cheap, gloss black but will not fit the locking nut.
