My RRS SVR does 14.5 mpg, on a "good" day. 40 - 45 mpg is a dream. Besides, with fuel being so cheap now, why worry?

Post: RE: Evoque SVR or XL - Any updates?

First, ignore diesels, they are never going to provide the performance required. Lots of torque is fine until you run out of revs. For a V6 SUV, look at the Porsche Macan and see how much longer the ...

Replacing the engine oil every year is relatively inexpensive and makes sense if you intend to keep the car for a long time. If you are wedded to the traditional 3 year replacement cycle, it makes les...

I like the promotional drift, buy one of these and you can get to the beach first (and presumably get the girl). No so relevant when commuting on the M25 in autumnal rain however.

Since Tim mentions me, I thought I'd chip in. I had an early Evoque and was very happy with it for the price I paid (meaning the price then being charged, not any deal I was able to do which was none...

I think you are worrying over nothing. The nick is tiny and while you should keep an eye on it, another way to look at it is to ask what strength a piece of rubber that size is going to contribute; th...

Certainly, a driver for the new engines is to get the cost down compared to buying them in from Ford - petrol, don't know where the old diesels came from - and to get more competitive emissions. The p...
