You could consider using spacers, although I don't like the idea myself. Plenty of Evoque wheels for sale in UK on sites like e-bay. You may be able to get a set posted to Austria and still be cheaper...

Probably not without spacers. Evoque wheels will fit FL2, but FL2 wheels don't have enough clearance for the DS and (presumably) the Evoque. There's been a lot of discussion of this on the DS forum.
