range rover lettering - nick1340 - 22-05-2016 04:50pm

Ok, so my front bonnet letters in the titanium silver are worn and marked so I need to change them.
I have Fuji white and am putting on black wheels, gloss black front grille, black vents to bonnet/side wings.

What do you think would look best ?
I have a choice of silver, chrome, piano black gloss, brunel grey, black with chrome edging or matt black.

What have you done with your white evoques ?

Any pics appreciated.

Mine as black lettering Nick along with black wheels grill spoiler and boot trim
This should give you a good idea what the black lettering will look like with the mods you have planned Wink

100% gloss black. Will match your mods perfectly. I've just bought a bonnet set for £10 of ebay that will be fitted once my new vented bonnet is fitted on Tuesday. Will let you know quality once fitted but look good so far.

Presume you'd do front and back if changing.

Thanks guys. Gloss black it is then, front & back.

Thanks for the pics Dottyflo, they help a lot and now you've got me wondering about the rear spoiler !!

I haven't received my '12 Evoque Coupe yet, but when I do a couple of things I plan on doing are painting the wheels black, in addition to the Rover badges. The RRE is Colima Green, with the contrasting black roof.

I also think that the front bull bar cowl that's currently in gray/silver would look better in black, as would the rear where it's the same color. After I blackout the badges and paint the wheels there'll be nothing left in gray/silver that'll match the cowl.

What is you all's opinion?

This is the way the front of the RRE that I like. BTW, I just realized that I described it as a cowling, which is incorrect. I'm not sure what it's called, but I think you all get the gist. The part below the license plate, on mine is gray/silver whereas on Dragon's its black.

I believe that part is called the Front Bumper Guard. (In Narvik Black, in my case and on the HSE Dynamic below).
